There is no perfect job in this world since every job has its own positive and negative aspect. What many workers do is minimizing each negative thing. Perhaps you think that factory workers have the most risk if it is compared with any other industries. Whereas, you can be surprised if you know that most factories have less risks fatalities than other industries. One reason is there are some strict rules and procedures which are applied to the workers while they are working. The aim is protecting all employees from any type of injury. All workers have to follow safety courses and the safety standards are always improved. If there is a factory which does not follow the regulation, there will be time out and fine. Worker's unions always assert the factories to guarantee reasonable work hours, safe working conditions and competitive wages.
In contrast, agriculture industry experiences worse and it is considered as one of the two most dangerous industries in the United States. Each year, there are approximately 710 agriculture employees’ dies while working. That fact is added by the high number of permanent and non-fatal injuries. Some of them are very fatal and mostly the working accidents happen in the harvest months. Often, the workers have injury during the planting months. The most accidents are because of farm machinery such as tractor overturning. It triggers much fatal agriculture accident. Moreover, there are various large machines which are used for planting and harvesting. They are very dangerous because they contain huge, sharp blades which can cause accidental amputation in less than a second. This is very pitiful since these machines have low safety features if they are compared with the danger. Many workers in agriculture industry do not have complete information about safety measures which must be done in order to avoid injury.
The fact shows that agricultural industries have more risks to get accidents and fatalities during the working hours. Then, some of the workers in agricultural industries are migrant and seasonal workers. They are the core of the agricultural sector in economy. Accident is not the only thing to be reduced but there are more problems should be reduced such as low payment, bad working conditions, and low standard housing accommodations especially for migrant workers. If this is not secure working places, there are many things to do to make this the same secure as other industries.
Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA) was launched to protect the rights of migrant workers. Law and regulation have been made to make this in better conditions. There are some minimum requirements to be completed before hiring a worker. Agriculture companies, farm labor contractors, and agricultural associations have to be obedient with the rules and procedures.
Having a job is a blessed since it will support daily needs and health conditions. Many people who are jobless try hard to learn more and apply in many places, so that they will finally get a job. However, the working fields are limited and the number of unemployment is higher. This forces some unemployment to take several jobs which are considered dangerous or insecure. Indeed, there are certain occupations which have significant risk of injury or death such as working in timber cutting, fishing, pilots/navigators, structural metal workers, drivers-sales workers, roofing, and farm occupations. Some of them offer higher salary due to the higher risk they pose.

The laws also regulate how the employers pay workers' salary and insurance for their employees. The result, employers are generally exempt of liability from the cause of the employee injury.

The Law of the Farm says that success comes from the same process that a harvest comes to a farmer.

Further, you have to throw away your negative side and fertilize your power to possessing positive thinking. This is the base of success. Then, you have to act some things to get success as in agriculture it is the way to sow the seed. Those actions must be looked after with positive thinking. The harvest time is when you have opportunities and take them in the right time and way. It is similar to farmer who can lose his crop, if he does not harvest in the right time.
Many houses in the suburb area have garden whether it is small or large. Consequently, people will purchase some farm equipments and lawnmower. They are the main tools to maintain the lawn and they will take out their mowers and start cutting their lawns. However, you should realize that there is dangerous side of them especially if they are use improperly and by children. Every year, there are reports about injuries due to farm equipment, including mowers.
There are high rate on injury caused by mowers especially riding mowers. In this decade, it has been reported that the cases are more than six hundred thousand incidents. Normally, people will use their mower at least twice a month and it means that mower can be more dangerous than other products, including cars and even guns. Then, people have to look more seriously in the injuries. Commonly, they occur after being exposed to the whirling mower blades. Basically, the blades are designed to cut grass but they can cut humans badly such as loss of fingers, toes, and even entire limbs. Other people get eye injuries and blunt trauma because the debris is shot out of the mower's discharge chute at 170 miles per hour. This is totally dangerous.
